Line basically consists of a pre-washer, a selection mat, a washer, an elevator, a passion fruit cutter, a multi-stage pulper.
It also has a stainless steel packaging set, capacity to fractionate into 100g, 200g and 1kg of pasty liquids (pulps and dairy drinks).
Along with the packaging, a stainless steel tank with agitator, capacity 300 liters and compressor.
At the buyer's discretion, a set of industrial and commercial refreshments may be included in the negotiation.
Production: 300 kg of fruit pulp per hour, the limitation being the freezing capacity.
As our company did not have a freezing structure compatible with the production of 300 kg of pulp / hour (equivalent to 500 kg of fruit / hour)
The limits are defined by the raw material. Example: Passion fruit, 33% yield, for 500 kg of fruit = 165 kg of pulp / hour. Guava, yield = 80% = 400 kg / hour of pulp. |
