2. All five motors and beating shafts in both tanks were replaced with larger, more powerful motors, a third motor and shaft were installed in the cooling tank, and refrigeration capacity was increased to a 1,000-liter tank.
For the production of ice cream, frozen desserts, ice cream dough, or other dairy or similar products that require pasteurization of the syrup or base mix.
