The equipment is undergoing a major overhaul, with all mechanical, pneumatic and electrical parts being completely disassembled and checked.
The equipment is entirely made of stainless steel, from the contact part, internal part, cabin and internal structure of the equipment.
With 6 pistons with an estimated volume of 500 ml, with an individual drip-stop system per nozzle and a pneumatic valve for opening and closing by piston.
PLC-controlled equipment, the pistons are driven by a servo motor.
The panel, wiring and sensors will all be assembled and tested on benches, a new board will be made with new wires and electronic components reused and tested. |
