-01 cylinder and piston type receiver Bucket, built in stainless AISI 304 material, with mechanical nut screw actuator for power and determination of sweet dough.

The system works with JAWS that open-close movement synchronized with a vertical movement provides that the products to be produced (Brigadier, Kiss, cajuzinho, eye of mother-in-law, petit four, gnocchi, etc.) get the desired weight and shape.
