The operation of the machine is divided as follows:
Capsule feeding: the capsules are placed inside the funnel and the feeder directs and aligns the capsules, automatically placing them on the disc and at the same time opening through the vacuum. No manual contact.
Powder feeding: The powder is placed inside the funneled reservoir and a rotating helical screw presses the powder into the capsules, without waste and without manual contact with the medicine.
Closing the capsules: It is done through a lever, which closes, locks and removes the capsules from the disc that fall by gravity, without manual contact. The dust filter works under the machine to facilitate its removal for cleaning, the productivity is from 11,000 to 12,000 capsules/hour. It depends on the granulometry of the powder and the quality of the capsules. The discs fit easily, making operation quick and easy. |
