Constructed with a robust carbon steel frame, the equipment features a rotating horizontal roasting drum, heated by a gas burner system with a safety system to prevent leaks.

The systems include top exhaust and a metal chimney, responsible for removing gases and smoke generated during the roasting process, maintaining operational safety and environmental compliance.

Grain discharge is carried out through a front gate with a stainless steel chute, directing the roasted product to a conveyor belt that takes it to the cooling system, ensuring a continuous and hygienic process.

It has a circular tank with a rotating paddle system responsible for agitating and moving the grains, promoting efficient heat exchange with the flow of cold air.
