Supported by anticorrosion industrial polymer The IBC 1000L Vortex Tech Tank Agitators solve a major problem for products that are stored for a long time or have easy phase separation. It can be used to prepare solutions such as paints, varnishes, oils, syrups, sorbitol, additives, sanitizers, among others.
Also widely used in the manufacture of alcohol gel, detergents, disinfectants, fertilizers, descaling agents, sanitizers, among others.
It is very easy and practical to use, its structure adapts perfectly to the metallic structure of the IBC 1000 liters container, it can be adjusted to the most diverse models.
Anti-corrosion support in high-resistance industrial polymer!
Materials: Rods and propellers made of stainless steel (AISI 304/316), carbon steel or coated with polypropylene. Anti-corrosive support in high resistance industrial polymer, light, practical and ergonomic.
Drive: Geared motor and/or electric motors with high performance and low consumption (optional IR3).
Performance: Dimensioned according to the application, the agitators for IBC 1000 liters tanks are able to obtain greater movement of all the fluid in the tank.
Viscosity: The retractable system when open and in operation provides an excellent level of agitation and mixing for medium viscosity fluids, providing better homogenization than other conventional systems.
For high-viscosity products we recommend our high-shear, high-dispersion Cowless disc-type hybrid propellers.
Constructive forms: They have a fixing support for positioning in the IBC tank, with 04 support handles for manual handling and opening for the fork of forklifts and pallet trucks.
Locking system at the ends of the support through tensioning clamps for total locking of the equipment in the IBC tank. Optionally, it can be mounted with a frequency inverter (speed regulator), magnetic key, potentiometer, on/off button and three-phase industrial socket 220/380V.
