Product feeding: The product to be filled is fed into the machine from a reservoir or storage tank. Depending on the product, it may need to be heated or cooled to maintain the desired consistency.
Preparation of film rolls: The machine loads rolls of flexible film, which will be used to create the sachets. The film can be made from materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene or aluminum, depending on the product requirements.
Sachet formation: The film is unrolled and goes through a folding and sealing process to create the bags that will be filled with the product. The dimensions of the sachets are adjusted according to the product specifications.
Filling: The bags are positioned under the filling valves. The product is then dosed and inserted into the sachets in a controlled and precise manner. This can be done using different filling methods, such as piston dosing, pump dosing or other dosing systems specific to the product type.
Sealing: After filling, the top of the sachet is hermetically sealed, ensuring the product remains fresh and free from contamination.
Cutting and separation: The film is cut between the filled and sealed sachets to separate them from each other.
Quality control: Filled and sealed sachets are frequently subjected to automated inspections to ensure product quality and seal integrity.
Final packaging: Individual sachets are grouped into larger packages, such as boxes or displays, as needed.
